Julian Miksch
CUSTOMER SUCCESS
Julian holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich.
As an independent consultant, he has been supporting B2B companies for over 10 years in optimizing their sales strategies, implementing CRM systems, and integrating CRM with marketing solutions.
His extensive experience has made him a sought-after expert in the areas of CRM strategy, systems integration, IT strategy, and data analysis.

Nicolas Werbach
TECHNOLOGY
Nicolas holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration and Information Technology from the Technical University of Munich.
Building a career in the financial industry with top-tier companies, he became an expert in portfolio management while also developing applications for risk management His strong technical background combined with a deep understanding of business allows him to build lightweight but powerful applications to meet customer needs.
metisora’s story so far
Nicolas and Julian met while studying at the TU Munich in 2009. They became friends but went on to have very different careers.
In 2024, Julian and Nicolas met with some friends over a bottle of wine and Julian introduced Nicolas to the idea of AI-powered sales process analysis. Julian had been working with Salesforce CRM and had always observed the same problems when talking to different B2B customers who were unsatisfied with their current CRM ROI:
- No common language between Tech & Sales
- No common success metrics
- No long-term adoption of CRM
Nicolas who was super familiar with complex problems around data analysis and application development, but also knew a thing or two about sales, immediately decided to join Julian and they started building metisora asap.
