metisora contracts exclusively with businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB and with legal persons under public law; it concludes no contracts with consumers.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

Liability for content, links and copyright

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws, pursuant to § 7(1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored, nor to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected; liability in that respect arises only from the point at which we become aware of a specific infringement, and we remove such content without delay.

The same applies to links to external websites, for whose content the respective provider or operator is responsible. The linked pages were checked for legal violations at the time of linking and none were apparent; permanent monitoring without specific indications is not reasonable, and we remove such links without delay on becoming aware of an infringement.
